5. Content Rights
- Copyright to photos and other content posted by users belongs to the user or the rightful rights holder
- The Service processes and stores content only to the extent necessary to provide the service
- The Service does not sell or provide user content to third parties
- Users warrant that they hold the necessary rights and permissions for all content they post
6. Group Feature
- The group feature allows members to see each other's saved and visited places, subject to each place's visibility setting
- Users are responsible for the members they invite into a group they own or join
- A user may leave a group at any time. Content the user contributed while a member may remain visible to remaining members

- If the Service is to be terminated, the operator will notify users at least 30 days in advance via in-Service announcement.
- After the termination date, all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- The operator is not liable for any damages incurred by users due to service termination, except as required by applicable law.

12. Refund Policy
All in-app purchases are billed and processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and refund policies. The operator does not process payments or refunds directly and has no ability to override Apple's refund decisions.
